Product Properties

Sodium Diacetate (how to buy sodium diacetate)(SDA) is the molecular compound of sodium acetate and acetic acid, associated with a short hydrogen bond. Its chemical molecular formula is CH3COONa·CH3COOH·XH2O. It is a kind of white hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water (1g/mL) and ethanol, innocuous, and has acetic smell. It begins to break up when heated over 150℃ and emits fumes and pungent sour odor.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

Small Package: 25 kg paper bags. Bulk Package: 750kg per Bulk bags.It should be stored indoor in a well-ventilated and dry room. Prevent exposure to dampness, sunlight, and rain.
