JS21N series air jet weaving machines is well equipped with electric let-off system , electric take-up system , electric selvage system , positive warp feeding system etc .Modern pc-human interfere touch screen is applied where you can easily set the quality and check the performance report as well as running condition of the weaving looms . You can actually copy the quality design from one loom to the others by usb storage device , yes, we have this function with our electronic control system .
In modern weaving industry , weavers are looking for more higher speed , more wider weaving application range , but less energy consumption . It poses strict requirement on the looms ; to meet these demands , we have kept improving our technology from both electric control side and mechanical side .
Our JS21Nseries air jet looms are capable to run at 600~1100rpm with average above 90% efficiency and the looms are available with width from 190~360cm . With the modified main structure and high intelligent electronic control system , our air jet looms are stably running at higher speed up to 800rpm , but with less energy consumption and vibration .
