BATTE Standard S20 melt pump control system adopts PLC mode and advanced human-machine interface, which can wholly control the pressure, temperature, flow, rotation speed, make the free change between automatic and manual control function. It can significantly reduce the pressure pulsation of the extruder caused by relative parameters, thus causes to stabilize the outlet pressure, and make the full use of the merits of melt pump in metering extrusion. It is configured with full set of Siemens PLC, control unit for pressure, temperature and flow, vector inverter, outlet and inlet pressure sensor, 5.7 inch touch-screen.
