This is the best game for many events such as birthday parties, bridal showers, beach parties, stag parties and bachelorette parties. You don’t need to be in shape or have the skill to play, although the two are an added advantage. Besides the fun, you will be working out your body, thus improving your health.

However, people with conditions such as severe claustrophobia, head or heart conditions, asthma and nausea among others must first consult their doctor before playing.

The best venues to play this game include:

• Soccer fields, parks, gyms, basketball courts, recreation centres, big backyards, etc. All these can be available for renting if you don’t own any.
• Turf fields, grassy and carpeted surfaces.

Players having the following are the approved ones to play. Therefore, anyone without them must first consult trained personnel before playing.

• Age, above 9 years old.
• Should be 4’8” or taller
• Should be less than 240 lbs
• Age below 18 years must have a waiver agreement, signed by their parents, allowing them to play.
