SUS 304 DAF Dissolved Air Flotation Equipment , 50Hz / 60Hz Dissolved Air Flotation Clarifier Application: 1. Paper making white water treatment and fibre recovery 2. Physical treatment of industrial wastewater such as dyeing wastewater, chemical wastewater, light Industry wastewater,food wastewater and pharmaceutical waste. 3. Separation of water and biologic floccules in biotreatment (instead second setting tank) 4. Reuse of cooling water in production and water baths, other waste water treatment for separating the solid and liquid. Features: 1. The retention time is short, only 3 minutes are required. 2. Super high surface load:180~200m3/m2/d. 3. The costs for stainless steel's manufacturing, operation and maintenance are low, and water-producingeffect is ideal under the condition no medicament is added. 4. The equipment can be used in sludge concentration basin, making scum to concentrate to 5-8%, increasing dehydration effect for sludge and relieving treatment burden for sludge. 5. All central collectors with special phosphorus-copper material and exterior cable steel rope racks are equipped up to the standard. 6. Motor shaft has a particular plug-in structure. Operations: Note: This procedure is applicable for the startup after the system is completely shut down. # # Close all discharge valves, especially the air dissolving tube and air floatation tank, close all sampling valves and air inlets. # Confirm that the pressure relief valve (Globe Seat Valve) is at OPEN state, its aperture is 1-1/2 turn, and start the reflux pressure pump. # Start the surrounding drive motor and inlet pump, adjust the speed, to make each turn is about 3-5 minutes. # Adjust the pressure relief valve (Globe Seat Valve) to make the pressure of air dissolving tube maintain at 5.0kgf/cm2. Open the needle valve until the reading of ADTs air flow meter is the designed reading, then inspect the pressure of air dissolving tube. # Start the dosing metering pump. # Control the liquid level to make the spiral scraper bucket just can scrape the floating sludge. # The speed of drive motor can be set by accurate calculation or actual observation of the flow condition in tank, the clear water layer must be stationary. # The level is determined by the thickness of floating sludge, low level causing high concentration of floating sludge, high level generating low concentration floating sludge. After hours of running, the thickness of scraped floating sludge can obtain a balance point. # For removal of sediment, the discharge time is set according to the collected sediment amount. # The compressed air must be added into the air dissolving tube. Care and maintenance(oil): 1. The gear box oil should be replaced for the first time after 200 hours, later replaced once every three months under continuous operation (The variable speed motor is the type that needs no lubrication). 2. The following bearings need to be greased once a month. Outside bearing of scraper bucket (flange bearing) Center bearing of driving wheel Center bearing of supporting wheel 3. Rotation axis (center pipe) scraper buckets internal axle. Both adopt the high level wear-resistant plasticbearings, with the service life at least five years. Inspect once every six months, no oil is required.
