Our total assets can reach up to RMB3.6 million．For meeting the deman of the Home and Abroad,Hebei Shenzhou Steel Pipe Manufacturering Co.,Ltd. expand scale of selling , so Established the Subsidiary Company at 2008 , the Subsidiary Company name is Cangzhou Shenzhou Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.
Hebei Shenzhou Steel Pipe Manufacturering Co.,Ltd. now holds four production lines of OD:219 mm-2420 mm both sides submerged arc welded steel pipe ( SSAW
) and one OD:13.7 mm-610 mm SMLS Steel Pipe ( SMLS ) production line and one OD:88.9 mm-610 mm high-frequency straight seam welded steel pipe ( ERW )production line . The annual production capacity is 200,000 tons of different specifica-tions and the annual output amounts to RMB 2.9 billion . It has
imported Lincoin auto-welding equipments from the USA and advanced steel pipes production equipments from Germany which are of specific characteristic both in workmanship and tech-nology. Thus makes it easy to produce qualified steel pipes of Q235-Q345 and X42-X70 grades according to the standards of petroleum industry , national regulations and the API spec 5Lstandards of American Petroleum , coal gas , natural gas , heat power , etc.
For years, Hebei Shenzhou Steel Pipe Manufacturering Co.,Ltd has constantly made technical reform to the production tech-nology and inspecting
equipments , enhanced quality control of the products and purchased many kinds of advanced inspecting equipments including online ultrasonic auto flaw
detector, X-ray industrial TV, X-ray real time imagery system, 2,000 Tons static hydraulic pressure tester , universal material testing machine, charpy
impact tester, sulphur carbide analyses machine and many other important inspecting systems which assured product`s development.
