The company is equipped with an advanced harrow sheet thermal treatment production line and complete stamping and metal cutting equipment. In order to meet the market requirements at home and abroad, the company recently invested RMB 70 million to build up a casting and machining production line covering a land area of 50mu. It is planned to produce 500 tons of various casting parts monthly and 80% of them will be exported. The company has advanced equipment, such as 10 numerical control machine tools and 2 machining centers, and strong technical strength, and more than 20 technicians. In addition, it has set up CAD system, speeding up the new product development.
The products cover light, medium and heavy series tractor-propelled harrows to mate with 12-180hp tractors, light and heavy series disc ploughs, various disc ploughs and harrow sheets, 9G series mowing machines, reapers, broadcast seeders, furrow ploughs, and rotary cultivators. The company also engages in processing with supplied drawings and samples. The products are sold in northeast area, Xinjiang and other regions of China, and also mainly exported to more than 20 countries and regions, such as Europe, South America, USA, Southeast Asia, etc. Quality is the life of an enterprise.
