When driving axle is driven to rotate, universal joint makes the barrel perform composite motion including horizontal moving, rotation and turning etc. in the space, by which, material also performs 3-dimensional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of material inside the barrel flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform status. Features: Material has no centrifugal force effect, specific gravity segregation, lamination and accumulation during mixing. Each component can be mixed under wide gap of weight proportion, mixing rate reaching over99.9%. Loading coefficient can reach 80%(40% for normal ones). With compact structure, driving part of the equipment is stepless speed controlled, featuring convenient operation.
