Before the machine cuts in and starts working, make sure there are no abnormal conditions of the gas path of the electrical system and hydraulic system. 2. Put down the upper arm first, then put the roll paper in the middle of con top. 3. Then raise the upper arm to aim the roll paper core centerand fasten the roll, then raise roll paper for 5cm from the ground. 4. Release the traction rollers in the front and the other in the back, hold the paper to penetrate the machine in route, then straighten the roll paper and press the traction rollers for the machine being ready to cuts in. 5. In the condition of no paper in the machine,it must take at least 5min to cut no paper to hit pit every day before the machine cuts in. 6. Before the machine cuts in, press the traction rollers in two sides, adjust the pressure of putting paper, the traction roller pressure and die-cutting pressure. The rotating pressure is suitable when the paper tension is suitable and the pressure needs to be adjust when the roll paper core changes. 7. Traction roller pressure is suitable during0.2-0.3mpa 8. Adjust the triplet pressure to 0.6MPa
