Shaft Sealing:The shaft sealing is composed of twin floating oil sealing ring,specially designed sealing element ,and high pressure grease. The special structure guarantees a long reliable service life.Mixing Device
Mixing Device:The streamlined-built mixing arms provides not only radial shearing force to the material,also drive the material in axial movement. Thus provides a more turbulent mixing effect to the mixture, gives homogeneous concrete in a short time and improves the utilization of cement.
Drive Device:The mixing shafts are driven by two planetary gear boxes which are connected to the main motors by V-belts.The mixing shafts are sealed on two sides of of the mixer and rotate on bearings which are separate parts from shaft seals.This design guarantees compact structure,steady transmission,low noise,long service life and convenient maintenance.
Automatic Grease Lubrication:The mixer adopts automatic centralized lubrication system.All the lubrication points(bearings and seals) are lubricated by electric grease pump through progressive dispenser which means low maintenance,low grease consumption,low contamination to concrete and high grease utilization.
Hydraulic Discharging Device:The discharging door is opened and closed by a compact hydraulic unit. The segmented discharging door can be opened to any position under the control of inductive limit switch. In an emergency, the door can be opened with manual hand discharging unit.
