Compact Pressure Stainless Steel Heat Pipe Solar Water Heaterworking principle 1. The water storage tank is a closed pressure reservoir without any air-vent, hence the outlet hot water shares the same pressure with the inlet cold water. 2. Heat pipe heads are plugged into the pipe caps which are fixed in a row in storage tank, the vacuum tubes absorbs solar irradiation with its coating and transfer to heat pipe tubes through aluminum fins, the heat-conduction liquid inside heat pipe tube will vaporize and rise to heat pipe head to release heat to water inside storage tank through the pipe caps, then the vapor will condense to form liquid and flows down to heat pipe bottom and wait for second heat transfer. e Applications: Domestic hot water for shower, washing Competitive Advantage: 1.High efficiency, rapid warming.
