Double shaft mixer,Its material is Q345,45,QT700-2 and Q235,for the wet discharge system: SJ Series Double Shaft Mixer : Introduction: The double shaft mixer has two screw shafts with symmetrical-distributed blades, one rotating to the right while the other rotating to the left at the same time, which can spray water to the dry ash/slag while conveying to mix and wet the material evenly so as to achieve the goal that no leaking of dry ash and no the seepage of water, and finally load the wet material to the truck or other conveying equipment. The moisture of the wet material is adjustable among 15 - 25%. Characteristics of Equipment: The structure of supporting bearing and shaft seal for the main shaft of mixer is split-type. This structure is conducive to the adjustment of the main shaft seal and replacement of the seal packing, and can avoid the ash leaking into the main shaft bearing cavity to damage the bearing. The main support end of the main shaft bearing adopts double row self-aligning roller bearing combined with thrust self-aligning roller bearing This unique structure can avoid the quick wearing of main shaft bearings for only adopting the self-aligning roller bearing which cannot bearing large axial force, and also solve the problems, such as poor centering and thermal expansion of the main shaft, for only adopting the thrust bearing. The supporting end of the main shaft of the mixer is the fixed end, which is in a combined form of double row self-aligning roller bearing combined with thrust self-aligning roller bearing. This form can bear large axial force as well as radial force to make the main shaft which is the tension component under the most reasonable stress state. The non-supporting end adopts double row self-aligning roller bearing, which is the free end and can move axially, so as to absorb the thermal expansion of the main shaft. The structure of the bearing pedestal is split type, which is convenient for the maintenance and repairing of the bearing. The main shaft adopts multi-slot labyrinth and packing combined shaft seal The sealing structure has a good sealing performance and the wearing of the main shaft is light. The drive mode for two main shafts is synchronous gear transmission This drive mode can ensure the two shaft have a reliable synchronization. For the mixer adopting chain drive mode, the two shaft may has dis-synchronization for the falling of chain caused by insufficient tension, which may damage the screw shaft and blades.
