15Nm3/hr PSA Oxygen Plant Process Description: In order to obtain the product gas continuously, there are more than two adsorption beds will be set in the oxygen generation plant. And take the consideration of energy-saving and cost-reducing and stable operation, some necessary auxiliary steps will be set. Each adsorption bed will go through the steps of adsorption, consequent pressure release, evacuate or decompression regeneration, washing replacement and pressure equalizing & boosting pressure, which is repetitively operated periodically. With the control of computer and the successive working of adsorption beds, the plant runs steady and continuously to obtain product oxygen. TCO Series PSA Oxygen Plant Flow Chart The normal purity oxygen system (90%~93%) is consisted of equipment as followings: (according to user different requirements, may has changes) PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION PROCESS It has 2-vessels filled with Zeolite Molecular Sieves. Clean compressed air at 30 C temp. is passed through 1-vessel and Oxygen comes out as product gas. The other vessel is depressurized to atmospheric pressure and purged with little quantity of Oxygen coming out from other vessel. This regenerates Zeolite Molecular Sieves for use in next cycle. Thus 2-vessels keep cycling alternately in Oxygen production and Regeneration making Oxygen gas available continuously. These units are designed and supplied for 93% to 95% (Max) Oxygen purity. From PSA design Oxygen pressure is available directly up to 5 Bar (A) without need of booster compressor. So this design is preferred for Low and medium pressure Oxygen requirements. Its very simple in construction and very easy in maintenance and more popular for most Oxygen requirements.
