working on H2JTDG8UD1BMS and H2JTDG8UD2MBR E2NAND Flash (H2J***** series), and can working on used Skhynix E2NAND ( iphone 5-6p).

Note:  before iPhone 4S,  it is NAND Flash, after 4s to 6P, Apple adopt ENAND FLASH or E2NAND (LGA60 Package), after iphone 7, adopt LAG70 package Flash.

E2NAND 3.0 uses advanced error correction code (ECC), buffering, and processing to improve performance and reliability. The flash controller is centred on the eight-die flash stack in order to maintain timing symmetry. Die centring requires mounting the controller under the flash stack in order to maintain workable wirebond lengths. The NAND flash is manufactured in Hynix's 21-nm process, which it designates "2ynm class."
