Our company is dedicated to designing and manufacturing the pressure vessels with high quality and excellence. The company has the manufacture license of Class A2 pressure vessels, which are class III vessels with middle or low pressure. In addition, the company has the ASME certificate with “U” designator. The quality management system of our company has been approved by ISO9001:2008 standard. Our company is also capable of performing research and development on the product.
Yiteng is adjacent to the major high ways. In addition, it is only 500 meters away from a dock, where a ship with the tonnage of as high as 3000 can be anchored. The convenient location makes the company efficient at the transport and export of the large equipment. Our company occupies a land of over 15,000 m2 and the workshop occupies an area of 10,000 m2. We have more than 200 pieces of equipment for the manufacturing of the pressure vessels. The lifting capacity of the overhead crane in the factory is 50 tons. In addition we own multiple pieces of advanced equipment for the vessel quality test. Yiteng is led by a professional team consisted of the field experts (some of them have obtained the post-graduate degrees outside of China). 20% of the employees have the college or higher degrees. The backbone of the workshop is composed of employees acquiring relevant experience of over 20 years. So far, the annual yield of the pressure vessels manufactured by Yiteng is as high as 3,000 tons. We are capable of supplying vessels of various kinds, such as reactors, columns, separators, heat exchangers, containers and filters. Our product has been applied on multiple fields, from oil refining, chemical engineering to manufacturing fertilizers, concretes and coals as well as power plants.
