My company have two manufacture factory,Website:http://www.ychkpcba.com, one factory is produce bare printed circuit board and other factory is produce printed circuit board assembly product.
Both factory are located in Shenzhen city , Guan Dong province , China. Shenzhen city is located nest to Hong Kong and it has a very good transport system from sea and air cargo over the whole world.
The printed circuit board factory capacity is 200k square meter per month.
The printed circuit board assembly factory capacity is about 180k square meter per month. The assembly factory has a high quality surface mount chip place Panasonic machine with 0.075 sec/chip and Furukawa high speed solder paste printer with 10 to 30 sec/ pc.
Both factory worker are 2000 persons and 7% of person are quality assurance department. Therefore , quality is our life is a slogan in our company organization.
