Detailed Description
Product Hot And Cold Resistance Test Thermal Shock Chamber For Product Quality
KOMEG Thermal Shock Chambers Characteristics
1. Insulation material: high-strength PU foam and high-density glass fiber cotton, the purpose is to ensure high accuracy and uniformity, to avoid unnecessary energy loss.
2. Large-size full-color LCD touch screen display, easy to operate, easy to edit the program. PID has automatic calculation function; self-diagnosis function, step by step display failure message and fault shooting solution.
3. An RS-232 and RS-485 communication interface, supporting the recorder, scalability and strong. We also support PC via wifi or line for remote control (recommended).
4. Interior and shell material:
Small standard models, the general use of stainless steel wall # 304 1.0mm, stainless steel shell # 304 1.2mm;

5. Inner box material for the SUS304 # installation of stainless steel imports, the outer box for the steel, paint the application of automotive coating technology. Box with triumph processing machine forming, beautiful appearance.
6. Frozen method: water or air-cooled
Standards
GB-2423.1-2008 (IEC68-2-1) Test A: Low Temperature Test
GB-24232-2008 (IEC68-2-2) Test B: High Temperature Test
GJB3608-2009 (MIL-STD202F) High Temperature Operating Life Test
GBJl503-2009 (MIL-STD-810D) High Temperature Test
GBJl504-2009 (MIL-STD-810D) Low Temperature Test
Differences
Zone 3 and Zone 2 Thermal shock chamber differences:
2 Zone Thermal Impact Chamber:
There are only two rooms: high temperature room and low temperature room
Advantages: short conversion time, the need for smaller space
Disadvantages: test sample movement. The size of the test sample is limited by the basket size
3 zone thermal shock room:
Three rooms in total: test space, high temperature. Room and low temperature
Advantages: The weight of the test sample is slightly limited, the test sample remains stationary, can reduce the impact of the sample on its movement can be used for load testing.
Compared with the 2 zone, the failure rate is relatively low, the cost is low.
Disadvantages: long conversion time
