Special Textile Softener for Nylon is a new product in our company, it's special for high-elastic fabric of Nylon. 

The treated fabric can become soft, fluffy, elastic and smooth. 

Also can be used at feeling treatment for variety of protein fiber. 

The effect is lasting, moreover non-yellowing and can brightening. 

It's cost performance is better than SRS which popular in the market.

Using method after diluted

1. For padding

Emulsion of softener after diluted 15~30g/l

pH value                    5~6

Temperature                 20~30°C

1 dip and 1 pad or 2 dips and 2 pads→drying

2. For dipping

Emulsion of softener after diluted  4~8%(O.W.F)

   (the dosage should change according to the different structures and feeling requirement)

Liquor ratio               1/10~20

pH value               5.5~6

Temperature           20~30°C

Time                    20-30 min

3. Mixed Use

Also can mixed use with other non-ionic or cationic silicone softener, smoothing agent.

Packing & Storage

 125kg/drum.Should be stored at closed, cool and ventilated place.Transport as not dangerous goods.
