Our process of painting the aluminum is not just typical method of powder-coating. Instead we also bake it on, for a lasting, UV resistant finish. This method of baking the paint onto the aluminum creates a maintenance free product that never rusts. Each product must have strict rust, degreasing, phosphating, air-dried, 230 ℃ -250 ℃ constant temperature curing and other complex processes before delivery.
