For the active, direct, sulfide, acid, disperse dyes and printed fabric, especially the fluff brushed fabric, 

significantly improved dry and wet rubbing fastness of fiber. Without APEO, no silicon spots. 

Obviously improve hand feeling, resistant to high temperature and washing, can directly bath with silicon oil.

Properties

1.Improved dry and wet rubbing fastness of fiber 1-2 grade.

2.Not affect the shade and light fastness,greatly improve feeling of treated fabric.

3.Not contain formaldehyde and APEO, compliance with the environmental requirements of EU REACH regulatory.

4.Can use with cationic silicone oil and softeners in the same bath, reduce operating processes and production costs.

5.Resistant to washing.

Application

Padding process

Dry and wet rubbing fastness improving agent  20-40 g/l, drying above 160°C.(the remain  ratio of rolling liquid not less than 60%, 

the higher of sizing temperature the better of the dry and wet rubbing fastness.)

Dipping process

2-4% (o.w.f) of the Dry and wet rubbing fastness improving agent, 

dip dyeing at room temperature with 10~15min, drying above 160°C after dehydration

Attention

This additive is sensitive to the PH value, the most suitable PH value is between 6 and 6.5(Appearance of it is slightly milky). 

If the PH value is too low,the effect will reduce. 

If the PH value is too high will pollute the roll. 

In order to keep the roll clean we had added our anti-staining product LA-45 to 

prevent the pollution of roll, so you don't need to add anti-staining agent in additional.

Packing & Storage

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 months seal in room temperature.
