This cotton fiber coating can be used for Heat Sublimation Transfer Printed process, the color is real, and the hand feeling is soft. 

Won't occur color change, fade, infiltration phenomenon for a long term.

At present, a more mature industrial production methods of transfer printing is the gas phase transfer printing process, mainly used 

for printing of synthetic fibers.

The advantages of this process are easy to change pattern design, the expressive of floral pattern is fine and strong, colorful diversity, high degree of uniformity, low defect rate. No need to post washing, no waste water and pollution, it's environmentally friendly.

The weakness of transfer printing is this process couldn't do well in the natural fibre,main reasons are the rate of color yield and color fastness unable to meet the requirements. 

For transfer printing of cotton fabric, generally make fiber degeneration in pretreatment process, so that the cotton fibre become has an affinity to volatile dye.After our developed of coating pulp for transfer printing 

on natural fibre, not only ensure cotton transfer printing process can successfully completed, but also make the rate of color yield, wet and dry rub fastness and color fastness can reach to standard after use of our product, it's fully recognized and acceptance by the applied unit.

drying with this product. After drying, then consistent with the traditional transfer printing no need to post-washing.

Application 

According to requirements of customer our product can be divided in to two kinds, that's spray type and printing paste. 

1.Using method for printing paste(only use our product dilute it with water at ratio of 1:1)

In order to achieve uniform coating, in the process of transfer printing for cotton, it must use surface printing (use 80-120 mesh screen printing), then drying cloth, flat the transfer paper on the surface of clothes, transfer printing and pressing at 180 - 200 centigrade degrees (about 30 seconds).

2.Using method for spray type(only use our product dilute it with water at ratio of 1:1)

Spray our product evenly on the cloth surface till the surface is completely with liquid, then dry the clothes , 

flat the transfer paper on the surface of clothes, transfer printing and pressing at 180 - 200 centigrade degrees (about 30 seconds).
