Cold extrusion features a massive forming process to produce both hollow and solid blanks in a multistage production process (multistage pressing).Presses with a very high closing force carry out cold forming of the material under a high pressure until the desired shape is achieved.
The material is extruded there by application of a high pressure. An upper die presses the blank through a forming and cross-section-reduced die orifice - the mold.
Longkou Dayuan, is the first Chinese domestic company that is a high and new technology enterprise (HNTE) with international advanced level on precision cold forging production process(Cold Extrusion), is able to make products with complicated geometry and a high forming degree.

Longkou Dayuan Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. is a Sino-South Korea joint venture, located in Longkou which is a beautiful port city. Its subsidiary is Junfone Composite Materials Co., Limited which is responsible for oversea business.
Longkou Dayuan Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. currently is the first domestic company that is a high and new technology enterprise (HNTE) with international advanced level on precision cold forging production process(Cold Extrusion) . It is professional on a large scale to produce cold forging claw pole and magnetic core for all kinds of automobile alternator, brake caliper piston, steering ball joint, steering-gear spherical housing, flange, coupling shaft, and petroleum perforating housing etc. We can manufacture almost all kinds of cold forging parts based on customers’ approved drawing. We develop and produce product molds by ourselves. The annual production capacity for cold forging claw pole reaches to 8,000,000 sets.
We have two South-Korean precision production lines, large-tonnage forging machines 9 sets imported from oversea (Japanese AIDA 400 ton, Korean Seoul Press 400 ton, Korean KNUCKLE 650 ton, Russian press 630 ton), punching machines 2 sets (Japanese AIDA 100 ton, and Korean DONG SHIN 600 ton), pre-treating line, heat treating furnaces 5 sets, Daewoo CNC 8 sets, Japanese sawing machine, advanced physical and chemical test, and testing facilities. We passed TS16949 certificate.
We are supplying for GM in Shanghai, Beijing Hyundai, Beijing iljin (steering ball joint product), Chinese OEM Chery Automobile, Chinese OEM Great Wall Automobile, Italian Brembo (brake caliper piston product), Korean Erae Automotive (claw pole and magnetic core products), Japan, Korean Mando (steering-gear spherical housing and blank product), Korean Taeyang Metal Industrial (steering-gear spherical housing and blank product), Korean Sang-Shin Brake (brake caliper piston and steering-gear spherical housing blank products), etc.
