I. Description
ZG Vibrating Feeder is mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding before coarse crushing of materials, thus it can prevent the devices from system crash and improve its production capacity. And the equipment life is extended correspondingly.
II. Application

III. Structure Principle
The vibrating feeder is made of feed tank, exciter, spring bearing, gearing and other components. As vibration source of the vibrating feed, the exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and gear pair. After the active shaft is driven by the motor through V-belt, the passive shaft begins to rotate with the gear meshing of the active shaft. With the simultaneously reverse movement of the active and passive shafts, the tank starts to vibrate for continuously feeding the aggregates.
