System & Quality Management
SGB has been qualified for the enterprise conforming to ISO 9001 QMS (Quality Management System), ISO14001 EMS (Environment Management System), ISO 28001 OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), ISO 10012 MMS (Measurement Management System) since 1998, and these systems have been valid till now. In 2004, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) management was introduced into the Routine Production Management. SGB controls products quality under the idea of system management, analyses the quality conditions of products by ERP tools daily and inspect products quality by over 60 professional quality inspectors from Quality Inspection Department in common, so SGB reach the three-dimensional management of products quality and ensure it stable. As SGB acquires many achievements in quality, products of SGB are free-inspection products in Hebei province and the company has been awarded the Quality Prize of Hebei province many times.
Technical Capability
As a High & New Tech enterprise, SGB owns a municipal research center with strong R&D research capability and a team of more than 300 engineers along with 100 senior engineers. There are material laboratory, physical lab, chemical lab, 3D scanning equipment, MAXUM, 3D coordinate measure machine, metallographic analysis software, casting simulation software, CFD computer-aided design, PLM (product lifecycle management), CAPP and etc. hardware and software in SGB. The 250ZJ-75 slurry pump has been certified National New Product. Until now, we have 18 patents. In addition to these, SGB continually introduce new technology technologies to improve the products comprehensive performance, like Lost Foam Casting and Vacuum Casting technology.
