Silicone softener S-927

Description & Advantage:

Silicone oftener S-927 is suitable for finishing of all kinds of fiber especially for synthetic fiber like silk-like & wool-like fabric, provide the textile bulky/ smooth handfeel & good anti-wrinkle effect, improve the textile luster & brilliant effect.

Provide the textile good soft/ smooth/ dropping /cooling handfeel.
Good hydrophilic effect, good washing durability.

Application:

Exhaust process:
Softener S-927:	0.2-1% OWF (According to the textile type & handfeel)
Processing:	40-50℃ x 20min
Padding process:
Softener S-927:	10-30g/l (According to the textile type & handfeel)
Drying & setting:	150℃-190℃ x 0.5-3min

Package & Storage:

Storage: keep in dark, dry, ventilating place and store temp. is 0 - 25℃
Shelf life: 6 months
