Silicone softener S-903

Description & Advantage:

Silicone softener S-903 is a modified organic siloxane emulsion, suitable for softening of cotton blended like TC, nylon/cotton blended, could provide the textile soft/ smooth/ bulky/ draping handfeel. And also applied to softening of wool fiber, could give the textile soft/ bulky/ cotton-like handfeel. It is an Eco-friendly product & APEO free.

Provide the textile excellent soft, smooth & dropping handfeel.
High concentration, high cost-effective, good compatibility.
Less yellowing, not affect the color shade & whiteness.

Composition:	Modified organo-siloxane complex
Appearance:	Yellow transparent liquid
Ionicity:	Weak cationic
pH:	6±0.5 (1% soln)
Solubility:	Easy soluble in cold water
Solid content:	45±2%

Application:

Exhaust process
Softener S-903:	1-5%(OWF) (According to the textile type & handfeel)
Processing:	40-50℃ x 20min
Padding process: pick up 60-90%
Softener S-903:	20-60g/l (According to the textile type & handfeel)
Drying & setting:	150℃-190℃ x 0.5-3min

Storage: keep in dark, dry, ventilating place and store temp. is 0 - 40℃
Shelf life: 12 months
