China [CN] IHF Series single stage single suction fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump in chemical industry is manufactured as international design and principle of nonmetal pump. The pump has the advantages such as anticorrosion and wearable and anti-high temperature and no aging and high mechanical strength and no toxin decomposer etc. Liquid temperature: -50 degree celsius to 200 degree celsius.
Characteristic:IHF pump body is metal shell with FEP(F-46) lining. Impeller and pump cover are punched by metal with fluoroplastic lining. Shaft seal bellows mechanical seal set outside. Seal ring is made of Silicone carbide. Rotary ring is made of gland packing Teflon or silicone carbide. The advance structure insures anticorrosion and strict seal and low noise and long life etc.
The pump is widely used to transport the liquids and waste water and add the acid etc in chemical industry and petroleum and pharmacy and electricity and food and environment protection and metallurgy and mine and acid cleaning and making paper etc The pump is very suitable to transport the random density acid, alkali and strong oxidant and organic solvent etc corrosive mediums whose temperature is from -85℃ to 200℃.
