Feature:
1) High Hardness: The surface hardness of forged and rolling balls is to 60-65 HRC and volume hardness is to 60-63 HRC
2) High Impact Toughness: The impact toughness is more than 12 J/cm2;
3) Low Broken Rate: The actual broken rate is not higher than 1%;
4) Even Wear-resistance: The loss of ball round rate is 50-300 g/ton.
Packing:1.Bags:1000KG polypropylene bags which are highly resistant to UV rays and secure bag straps to reduce time and effort in loading and unloading.
2.Drums:Recyeled drums can also be supplied. The drums have a removable lid and compression ring for secure storage.Drums are more efficient for some modes of transportation and can also be delivered on wooden pallets.
