Function and Features:
This production line is suitable for large quantity automatized manufacturing and it can produce good quality corrugated cardboard which can meet national standard completely.Higher productivity,better paper board quality,adoption of central control system,simple and easy operation,convenient to repair and maintenance,reliable and safe,greatly lower degree of manpower requirement .This production line adopts the most updated source-saving mode which get heat from the high-temperature guiding oil.Compared with the steam heating,it reduce the source by 60% so that ti can cut the cost effectively.It is an economical ideal product and suitable for big and medium cartoon manufacture.
1.The whole length of the line is 30~105 meters;
2.The whole power of the line is 200~450KW;
3.Mill roll standf:the two holder can lift independently;
4.Single facer:The diameter of the corrugating roll is 265mm-310mm,the power si 11KW-17KW;
5.Double layer gluing machine:Using the top and middle layer for gluing and the bottom for conveying the real paper;
6.Drying machine:the total length of the machine is 10 meters and it is made of 14 pieces of heater plate.

Q: How do you pack the products?
A: The machine is disassembled before shipping .Firstly we pack the main parts and spare parts by foam , then put them together to the carton and sealed with tape .In the end pack in wooden case. So it is very safe in shipping ! We have many pictures and videos about packing , if you want to know more , please contact us.
Q: How long can I receive the items?
A: Normally speaking, we will spend 4~6 days to prepare the order and if it requires longer time, we will inform you as soon as possible. The general shipping time will be a month by sea cargo. However, it still depends on what country you are, some may faster and some may slower.
Q: How to receive my order? Is it safe during shipping?
A: For the items you purchased, we will arrange shipping by sea or international express delivery to ship and usually the carriers are DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. It shall be quite safe during shipping by sea or air. Additionally, we will purchase insurance as a guarantee for your order.
Q: How to obtain the tracking number of shipment? And how to contact the carrier (express delivery company)?

A: We provide 1 year warranty. During the 1 year warranty if any part is faulty, our company will give you replacing parts for free and help you to change the faulty parts. When the warranty expired, our company will still give you technician support for free. The only difference is the replacing part no longer free. So, we provide lifelong after sale service to you as long as you use our printer.
