Production Line Configuration
The production process on configuring a simple 200t/h sand making line: after fed materials into the heavy hammer crusher with vibrating feeder, huge aggregates are conveyed into ZSJ dual rotor sand shaping machine by belt for fine crushing and graded by efficient circular vibrating screen. Also, if you want to improve your productivity, you can choose a small hammer crusher for returning material.
