Detailed Description

Description The spiral wound gasket is made of V-shape or W-shape  metallic strip and non-metallic tape; the nonmetallic belt that are superimposing in turn and producing continuously. The metal strip is fixed on the beginning and the end of the gasket by the spot welding method. Performanceand Characteristics 1.It has wide application, resistance to high temperatures and high pressures, and can be used under the condition of ultra low temperature or vacuum. Good anti-chemical corrosion can be designed by changing the gasket's material. 2.High stress compensation , when the working temperature, pressure charged frequently, it's seal performance is still stableand reliable. 3.Good seal ability. 4.Good tolerance for flange surface finish irregularities. 5.Easy installation, low gasket preloaded pressure .
