Ceramic Foam filters are used for liquid metal pouring system of foundry industry. It can remove the non-metallic impurities and so as to remove the slag hole, sand hole, air hole and reduce the waste products. The character are light weight, anti-corrosion, high temperature and impact resistance, large surface area, high hole rate and etc.
Shape: square, round and custom geometric shapes.
Size: 10mm to 600mm, thicknesses 10-50mm.
Porosity: 10ppi, 20ppi, 25ppi, 30ppi.
Higher porosity are available upon your request.
