This not only ensures full traceability and quality of components but also improves lead times.By having a rotational method of production components can move onto the next process, machining for example,whilst the batch quantity is still being forged.

Jiahe Seiko Forging & Casting Co., Ltd is located in Jiahe, Hunan province, China. The company was founded in 2006 and covers an area of 16000 square meters and a building area of 8500 square meters, with total assets of 15 million, and total staff of 130. We have many western customers and domestic customers such as Liugong, Zoomlion Group, Shanghai Heavy Industries and Ansteel Group. The company now has three workshops: forging shop, machine shop and surface treatment production workshop. Forging shop is equipped with 30 sets of imported high-precision numerical control machine, and 15 sets of ordinary turning lathe, as well as milling, boring, grinding, processing center and other facilities.
We make about 20 series of products, such as SAE flange, transition joints, sleeves and hose connector, in which over 300 kinds of products exported to Europe and American market, and the high quality of our products is satisfied by customers. The monthly output of flange reaches more than 200,000 sets, with specification of SAE J518C, JB/ZQ 4178-97, ISO6162, ISO6164 standards. The products are widely used in many areas, such as engineering machinery, oil field, shipbuilding, mining machinery, and piping areas. Usually, we use carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel as material. We have established the quality management system according to the standard of GB/T 19001-2000 and safety requirements of registered pressure piping components manufacturing. Offer effective control in the process of the production and management of the service, provision of resources, product realization and measurement analysis and improvement measures in the whole process, to ensure that our products and service completely satisfy customer requirements.

JHSEIKO Co.,Ltd is a professional forging supplier who produce various of forging & casting parts used in Automobile, Marine, Mine, Nuclear Power, Agricultural Machinery, Petrochemical Industry and some other industries.CNC owns many advanced forging equipments, such as different sizes of eletro-hydraulic hammers, die forging hammer, air hammer, friction screw press, oil press, 4500 Tons free forging hydraulic press, 2500 Tons and 4000 Tons hot die forging press, etc. The weight controlled from 0.1kg to 100Tons. Our annual production capacity for forgings is about 30000 Tons. The main material is Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Copper and Ti-Alloy. Our factory equip with advanced heat treatment equipments, such as meshed continuous quenching furnace and tempering furnace, shaft tempering furnace, batch- type furnace, etc. Also, the inspection equipments are completed, we have Spectrograph, Mechanical test machine, Non-destructive test machine and so on.
We could produce different kinds of forging roughs and also supply the finish machining parts, since we have CNC machine center, turning center, CNC lathe, large-scale horizontal lathe, medium-sized vertical lathe, floor-type boring machine, plano milling machine, grinder, deep-hole drilling machine and etc.

Precision forging parts
Various of automobile connecting rod, bent axle, front axle, steering knuckle, cross axle, brake camshaft and some other racing car, medium bus and heavy duty truck accessories. Different sizes of forging flange, forging valve, automobile hub and motorcycle hub.
Heavy forging parts
Mainly produce the unit weight below 100 tons. The parts are applied to large hydropower plant and thermal power plant, engine, marine crankshaft, crane wheel, hydro mechanical unit, axles, piston rod, roller, cylinder piston, cartwheel, gear and ring gear, heavy ring, sprocket, engineering machinery used forgings, port machinery forgings, crown wheel, forged steel
