product DescriptionBYT series positioner has the through hole,While welding the long pipe or butt-jointing the flange, if only the pipe can get through that through hole,the length will not effect the welding.While the pipe es welded, the through hole positioner will protect the gas when it go through the internal pipe, then it has improve the efficiency and quality of welding.The rotation structure is driven by the DC motor, while stepless speed regulation can be achieved. The positioner turning structure of worm and gear has the function of self-lock, and the worktable can be stepless turned from 0 degree to 90 degree.Special design of anti-electromagnetic which reduce the high frequency interference of TIG's welding,and can improve the welding quality effectively.Configure a self-controller to control the working condition and working time which can achieve the linkage of the positioner and welder.
