Structural steel shot blasting/cleaning machine is mainly applied to the structural material, H steel, profiled steel, T steel, U steel, welded steel structure, cylindrical pipes and automotive parts, motorcycle parts, etc. ,and it’s commonly used for the large parts surface removal of sand, rust, oxide and various residue, hardening and finishing the workpiece surface.
It will impose strong blasting on original steel and castings surface, remove its rust layer, welding slag and scale, and thus obtain uniform metallic luster, in order to improve the quality of painting and anti-corrosion of steel. At anti-corrosion treatment works, Surface cleaning requirements of rolled steel product (steel sheet, rolled sections, steel pipe and a simple steel structure)are strict , there will be no rust and dirt. Mechanical descaling by shot blasting machine, has been recognized in production and has been widely used. Device combination system makes the cleaning process reliable, economical and ensures workpiece cleanliness requirements. Shot blasting machine system has high degree of automation, with a user-specified loading and unloading unit, fully automatic controlled by PLC. The entire system can be used as a standalone device or integrated into the entire production line of rust removal, anti-corrosion and heat treatment.
This equipment design is reasonable and give full consideration of the large steel processing capacity requirements. Using more than one high power blasting impeller to make sure the cleaning effect, and symmetrically placed them on the machine, so as to exclude negative factors of "the away side of separator storage cage from the hoist has less projectiles " , to complementary shot effect, resulting in uniform cleaning effect .
The entire workpiece conveyor system speed can be controlled by changing frequency converter, which can make sure the synchronous operation while each unit operate independently. Shot blasting room roller is equipped with special wear-resistant material shields to prevent projectiles hit outside, and the feeding and sending roller has quick conveying and conveying backward functions.
