Induction Heat Treatment for Thin Steel WireLarge amount of steel, diameter of less than 44,is widely used on the market, such as, valve spring wire of engine, tire bead wire, cord for radial tire and a variety of steel wire rope used. Induction heat treatment the wire has a Curie point lower than the heating temperature at 700 ℃ the following stress-relief tempering, and the former is preheated to about 450 ℃ galvanizing induction heating. Zhengzhou Gou’s adopts super audio frequency induction heating equipment with a frequency of 10KHz-25KHz to complete the processing of heating steel wire.Production line design pattern is to be a square sensor. There are ceramic liner and steel wire is arranged along the giant. Heated in the ceramic tube and steel wire spacing is of 20-30mm. A total of 24-40 filaments is arranged. Heating temperature is set to 500-600 ℃ . This is designed primarily for radial tire steel wire induction heating. If the temperature is higher than the Curie point, the wire is heated to austenite. Reasonable current frequency is more than 400KHz and it can be chosen with our ultra high frequency heating equipment to complete. For Φ2-Φ3.2 steel wire and due to rapidly heated to ultra-fine grain 12-14 level, so that steel wire is of permanent elongation of long-term projects, the role of warm-up force will be reduced or eliminated.
