BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE MODEL MZ-4001C Multifunctional V-belt Fatigue Machine
FEATURES AND PURPOSE:
This series of V-belt are used for testing common V-belt, narrow V-belt, washing V-belt and multi-V-belt fatigue life. Imposing certain tension, with circumvolving without torque at specific speed. Then it can measure fluctuant distane of the center and time for the rupture of V-belt after 24 hours. It can test two tapes once time. It uses man-machine interface touch, PLC controlled. Automatic measure center distance change rate and line speed. It confirms to GB/T 15328 Common V-belt-fatigue test (nonloading method), GB/T 12730 Common Narrow V-belt and HG/T2442 Washing machine V-belt.
The minimum center distance of MZ-4001C is 60mm. It is specially used for the fatigue test of washing V-belt.
