BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE MODEL MZ-4060 DIN ABRASION TESTER

 

 

THE MODEL MZ-4060 DIN ABRASION TESTER is also called DIN ABRASION TESTER. It is used to test abrasion resistance of rubber tyres, rubber overshoes, and adhesive tapes in order to appraise the quality of rubber products. While doing experiment, the sizing materials attrite the emery cloth on the cylindrical drum under given force, for measuring the quantity of attrition in the stroke. The machine complies with the standard of GB9867, ISO4649 and DIN53516. This machine is composed of the machine base, cylindrical drum, speed reducer, electric motor, horizontal movable block, cantalever, threadlike shaft and so on. The rubber sample is clipped on the revolving spring collet of cantalever. The speed reducer changes the speed to drive the cylindrical drum to revolve and so the rubber sample attrites the emery cloth under certain press in order to measure the quantity of attrition of sizing material. This machine has many advantages, such as small sample, saving time and without repetition of grinding path and so on.
