The company has an independent R&D center. The company’s R&D center now has more than 100 R&D personnel, including 30 intermediate technical personnel and seven masters. Besides, the company has kept good partnerships with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, China Flame Retardant Association, Beijing Technology and Business University, China University of Petroleum, and so forth and employs a number of well-known experts to assume the technology R&D consultants of the company perennially and guide the company’s new product research and development.
