1.Specifications:

2.Description:SJ101G is an agglomerated fluoride-basic type flux. Basicity: 2.0 (B//W) It is gray and round grain,mesh:10-45(2.0-0.4mm). It can highly satisfy the steel welding requirements for oil gas pipeline. Either AC. or DC.can be used, the wire shall be connected to positive pole when applying DC. It has steady arc and the welding bead smooth and pleasing , rice weld formation, and easy in slag removing as well with perfect deposit metal welding technological characteristics. It has higher low-temperature impact toughness and high crack resistance.
It should be re-dried under 300-350℃ for 2 hours. Rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.
3.Applications: Matching with suitable welding wires (H08C,H08MnA,H10Mn2,H08MnMoA,H08Mn2MoA),it can weld many kinds of steel pipes,such as X52,X60,X65,X70,X80,etc.It also can be used in 16Mn,Q345C etc structural steel submerged arc welding.
