  Answer: For sample order, our delivery time is 3 working days; for one full  can make customer’s logo(sticker) on the electric bike for one full container order.container,

  Answer: For sample order, by sea/by air/DHL/DDU/DDP.  

  For full container order, by sea is the best choice. 40HQ in particular.

  Answer: TT, L/C, GMCPAY

5.   5. Can I mix different models in one full container order?

  Answer: Yes, different models can be assembled in one full container.

6.   6. Need I buy spare parts for first order?

  Answer: It’s necessary for a big order to equip with spare parts, especially easier worn parts.

  7.Do you have goods test before delivery?

  Answer: 100% test will be done before delivery to make sure everything is okay.

  Warranty policy

1.   For main electronic parts, charger, controller and battery, we provide 6 months warranty.
2.   For hub wheel motor, brakes we provide 12 months warranty. 3. For frame, handlebar, stem and wheel rim we provide 2 years warranty.

  The following conditions, not including in warranty policy.

1.   Any damages caused by human factor.
2.   Dismounting any parts without professional technical people. 3. Use other parts in our electric bike or scooter.
3.   Damages caused by traffic accident and other accident.
4.   The problem caused by overloading.
