Product Information:

Our Sprockets Roller and Segments are widely used in many construction and track machines, such as the well-known brands KOMATSU, CATERPILLAR, HYUNDAI, SUMITOMO, HITACHI, KATO, DAEWOO etc.. They are made of 40Mn2 and 35SiMn by casting and forging technology respectively. Mainly, the forged segment which is made of 50Mn raw steel bar has high performance, and the hardness of the sproket rim could reaches up to 55-58HRC. In addition, we EVERLA are capable of accepting both OEM standard and custome made.
