2)Surface hardness: HRC 56-62, depth 5-7 mm;

3)Each roller shell is carefully heat treated to ensure long wear life and stress resistence; 4)Each roller is precision machined to house special high impact low wear bi-metal bushings. 5)Reliable and long life time guaranteed; 6)High strength and superior wear resistence.

The track roller is composed of 40 Mn2 forged shell. QT450-10 collar and 40Cr axis, which are conductive to the longer using lifetime. Our Track Roller are produced based on advanced technoloty and strict production process, thus, they are highly resistant to abrasion, wear and tear. Moreover, our heat treatment process provides hardness in high wear areas, and elastic core to resist shock and impact loads. They are specially designed, engineered and manufactured for high impact applications, We ensure quality and consistency of every single product with good quality.
