 Product Description

• JS1500 concrete mixer with belt conveyor is twin shaft horizontal forced type mixer.
• It can mix dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, flowing concrete, light weight aggregate concrete and various mortar.
• It can be used alone or as main mixing part of HZS50 plant , and also can be used to synthesize a simple mixing station with PLD1600.
• Each shaft is equipped with a mixing motor, so there are two motors on this product.

Attentions

1.When the machine connected to the power supply, the power indicator and the fault indicator will light.2.When the mixer works, the washing switch should be closed.3.When the hopper is lifting, people is strictly prohibited stand under the hopper to avoid injury.4.When the machine is mixing ,it should not be stopped arbitrarily by anyone . If there is an accident, open the unloading door immediately , and discharge 50% of the concrete materials by manual. Restart the machine after making sure there is no malfunction. (Notice:When discharging by manual the power must be shut off.)5.The machine is not allowed to overhaul in operation.6.During the operation , do not make the sand and stone falling into a functioning part of the machine, and the material which stuck at the bottom of the hopper should be cleaned in time, so as not to affect the hopper door’s opening and closing.7.The machine is not allowed to charging and run overload.8.When the machine stops working, the washing switch should be opened, and the water pump is started to wash the concrete in the mixing drum.
