Royal Plastic operates its 16 hi-tech pvc panel extrusion lines in a modern 7,000 square meter facility, 24 hours a day. Royal Plastic specializes in the custom pvc panel and profile extrusion for construction industry to be used in a wide range of spaces from offices, bathrooms and bedrooms to pools, car washes and restaurants as well as other building plants introduced with its registered brand name ROYAL-PANEL. The Royal-Panels are made with a tongue and groove design with a hidden nailing fin so there are no exposed fasteners.

The Royal Plastic panels are waterproof and will not rot, rust, fade, peel, flake, corrode or delaminate and are impervious to pool chemicals and most cleaners. The Royal Plastic pvc wall panels and ceiling panels are Class A rated under ASTM-E-84, for smoke and fire.

Royal Plastic is ISO 9001-2008 QMS compliant. All Royal Plastic vinyl wall panels and ceiling panels are warranty for 10 years. All Orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks.
