KEESTAR PP woven bag producing line solution 1
 
Process
Step 1: Material cut by a cutting to length line to required size pieces.
Step 2: One worker feeds the already cut pieces into automatic PP bag sewing unit to achieve folding, sewing and thread cutting at the same time.
Step 3: One worker feeds finished sewn bags into printing press to achieve printing, tunnel dryer is available as optional.
Step 4: Packing with hydraulic baling machine.
