Sand Suction and Discharge Hose

Dredge suction and discharge hose features excellent abrasion resistance, so it is mainly used to deliver abrasive material - sand, and this is sand suction and discharge hose. It is easy to install & dismantle and it can be connected to pipeline tightly because of the flanges on the ends. Its structure is same to slurry suction & discharge hose and gravel suction & discharge hose. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from synthetic rubber, such as NR, SBR and BR, making hose have excellent abrasion resistance. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile spiral steel wires, making hose have solid structure and bear high working pressure. And this kind of hose is resistant to kink and fatigue thanks to the reinforcement. Cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber (NR, SBR and BR), making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, heat, weather, ozone and aging. Sand suction and discharge hose has long service life as a result. Therefore, it is becoming more and more popular in dredging industry.
