Pharmaceutical factory hose is mainly used to deliver chemical fluids to manufacture pesticide, which is used to kill insects, fungi and other organisms harmful to crop growth. Some of these chemical fluids are corrosive, so pharmaceutical factory hose must be highly resistant to corrosion. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyurethane), making hose resistant to corrosion, abrasion and high temperature. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers high tensile textile with helix steel wire, making hose have solid structure and bear high working pressure. So pharmaceutical factory hose is suitable for high working pressure environment. Cover is made from EPDM, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, static, weather, ozone and aging.
