Shijiazhuang MiWei cast iron cookware Co., Ltd is the leading manufacturer specialized in the production of cast iron cookware in China. It mainly produces seasoned and enameled cast iron casseroles, fry pan , pots, skillet, grills pan, woks, dutch ovens, bakeware.etc. Our own factory is located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei provice and only about 300 km away from Tianjin Port, enjoying rather convenient transportation.
The company boasts powerful technical force. At present, it has over ten various intermediate and senior engineers and technicians and about one hundred skilled employees. The company covers an area of 30,000 m2 and has a construction area of 8,800 m2. With an investment of over 20 million yuan in the first phase, the company has formed a production capacity of 7,000 tons of ductile iron and 8,000 tons of gray castings and a machining capacity of 3,000 tons. The company also has complete and state-of-the-art production and inspection equipment and boasts high mechanization and automation degrees. Currently, the company has a ZZ416B automatic vertical parting-type box-free injection molding line, a 45T/h clay sand processing production line, an automatic casting machine, two feed-through shot blasting machines, two 3T/h cupola furnaces, two IF induction furnaces, and duplexing smelting. The company uses stable and reliable materials. In addition, the company also has BRUKER spectrometers imported from Germany, MR2000 Jiangnan Brand metallurgical microscopes, WES-300 digital display hydraulic universal testing machines, molding sand all performance testing equipment, totaling 20 or more, with which the company can conduct chemical composition test, metallurgical performance, mechanical property, molding sand composition and performance tests. Furthermore, the company also has two machining centers, ten CNC lathes, a universal miller and a milling and drilling machine. The company can ensure that all its products meet customer requirements. Now, the phase II project is in preparation. We will have 2 Disa casting lines, 3 enamel lines and 1 vegetable oil line after the phase II.
