In this page, we will introduce the sand dredge hose, which is widely used for the suction and discharge of sand for its excellent abrasion resistance.

Sand dredge hose is highly flexible and easy to install & remove because of the unique flange structure. It has very long service life even though its working condition is extremely harsh. It is resistant to kink because its special reinforcement. Why it can transport sand smoothly? Its tube is highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion thanks to its high quality raw materials.

Sand dredge hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from the mixture of synthetic and natural rubber, mainly EPDM, and the mixture makes sand dredge hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion and aging. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of synthetic fabrics with spring helix steel wire, making the sand dredge hose resistant to kink. More importantly, the reinforcement provides full vacuum and vibration dampening. Therefore, the reinforcement makes the sand dredge hose stable and have extreme high strength. Cover is made from SBR, making sand dredge hose resistant to cut, abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone and aging.

The diameter, tube thickness and length of our sand dredge hose are customized as your request. Furthermore, the materials of tube and cover also can be customized based on the specific handling materials and application areas.
